TZATZIKI (YOGURT CUCUMBER DIP)

A great dip for raw veggies and a great condiment to serve with grilled meats.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of thick yogurt like Greek yogurt or strained yogurt
  • 1 large cucumber, diced into cubes
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • fresh dill to taste (the dill makes this dish)
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped (add in more if you really like garlic)
Instructions
  1. Throw all the ingredients into the yogurt and mix with a fork.
  2. It's that easy. You can eat it right away or store it in the fridge for later.
