TZATZIKI (YOGURT CUCUMBER DIP)

- 1 cup of thick yogurt like Greek yogurt or strained yogurt
- 1 large cucumber, diced into cubes
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- fresh dill to taste (the dill makes this dish)
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped (add in more if you really like garlic)
- Throw all the ingredients into the yogurt and mix with a fork.
- It's that easy. You can eat it right away or store it in the fridge for later.
