Apple "carpaccio" sandwiches

- Apple of choice (I used pink lady because it's my favorite).
- Filling: sunflower seed butter and coconut butter
- Also try: honey and Greek yogurt
- Peel the apple and slice thinly. If you have a mandolin, use that.
- Or slice thinly with a knife.
- Spread the fillings on each apple piece and make a sandwich.
- Enjoy with a cup of tea.
