Curried coconut cauliflower soup VIDEO premier

Want a bird’s eye view of HoW I COOk?

I used to hate any kind of broth and most soups. The only ones soups I could eat were made with fatty cream or cheese.

A lot has changed. I am dairy free these days and I am starting to really like soups. It is the season for them. Not only are they comforting and good for you but they’re so darn easy to make.

My turn around came when I started using bone broth to heal my husband’s leaky gut. I had a ton of broth on hand so I started making stews and soups. The more soups and stews I ate the more my body began asking for it.

Soups made from scratch using rich and fatty bone broth really is a different animal.

Bone broth is not only healing to the intestinal lining but it helps rebuild the body’s mineral balance and immunity.

Chicken soup didn’t get it’s healing reputation for nothing.

Bone broth is made by stewing beef or chicken bones in a large pot of water with a splash of vinegar. For more detailed instructions go here.

With the premier of my first cooking video I’ll show you how easy it is to make a broth-based soup.

And if you have an allergy to cauliflower you can substitute it for your veggie of choice like carrots, spinach, sweet potatoes, or even eggplant. Go crazy.

Drum roll please….

If you try this at home let me know below how it goes.
